Squadron Leader Javed Altaf has held the position of Instructor Urdu at PAF College Sargodha since 01 June, 2006. He possesses a Master's degree in Urdu Literature from Punjab University, Lahore, and an M.Ed. degree from AIOU, Islamabad. Over the course of his tenure at the College, he has successfully completed a series of service courses, including the Basic Education Officer Course, the 'Leadership Course for Supervisors' from Air University Islamabad, and the 'Training Techniques for Trainers Course' from Pakistan Institute of Management. Sqn Ldr Javed Altaf's professional journey includes eight years of service as Assistant House Master at Falcon House and an additional two years in the same role at Iqbal House. Currently, he is serving as Housemaster of Iqbal House, a position he has held for the past seven years. Under his dynamic leadership, Iqbal House secured the Quaid-e-Azam Shield for being the Overall Champion among the Houses. Sqn Ldr Javed Altaf's academic contributions have garnered significant recognition, reflected in the acquisition of 16 Principal's Commendation Certificates for his exceptional result in Board Examinations for Matric and F.Sc Class. Additionally, as the Editor of the College Magazine and Officer-in-Charge of the Newsletter, he has been skillfully editing the Urdu section for the past 15 years, maintaining a standard befitting the institution.
