Bio

Sqn Ldr Ishfaq Ahmad Bali joined PAF College Sargodha on 16 August, 2004 as an English Instructor. He holds a Master's Degree in English Literature from University of the Punjab. During his tenure at the College, he has successfully completed various service courses, including Excellence in Leadership Course from Jinnah Centre for Character and Leadership. He is the Head of English Department, and also serving as the Housemaster of Rafiqui House, a position he has held since last year. As the previous Housemaster of Munir House, Sqn Ldr Ishfaq Ahmad Bali, has the unique distinction of being the only Housemaster whose House won the coveted Quaid-i-Azam Shield for 05 consecutive years. Moreover, he is also the Officer In Charge of English Declamation. For his meritorious services and outstanding contributions, he has been awarded CAS Commendation Certificate, and has also received 18 Principal’s Commendation Certificates for his excellent result in Board Exams.
