Bio

Sqn Ldr Asif Ali joined PAF College Sargodha on 29 September 1993, as a member of the Urdu Department. He completed his Masters degree in Urdu Literature from Oriental College Punjab University, Lahore and got his M. Phil and PhD degrees from University of Sargodha in the same subject. During his tenure at the College, he has successfully completed several courses, including Teaching Techniques Course, Learning Strategies and Communication, Islamic Orientation Programme, The Power of Positive Thinking Course, and 5E/7E Model of Instructional Design Course. Sqn Ldr Asif Ali has served as the Assistant Housemaster of Iqbal House for 13 years and Housemaster of the same House for 8 years. Presently, he is working as the Head of Urdu Department, Editor College Magazine and O i/c Declamation. Moreover, his book on Ahmad Faraz was published in 2017. In recognition of his performance, he was awarded the Chief of Air Staff Commendation Certificate in 2015, and has also received 20 Principal's Commendation Certificates for his excellent results in Matric and Intermediate Board Exams.
